Preventing Dog Bites and Dog Attacks

Karen was on her way home from school one day when she found that the front gate to her neighbor's yard was open. She froze in terror as she remembered the huge pit bull that usually lurked behind those gates, viscously barking at anyone who dared pass too close to the steel bars.
